From the first time we meet you, either by phone or in person, we want what's best for you and our Family. We try and understand your motivations for selling your home. Whether it is time to move to a larger home or downsize; or even to relocate to another area, our real estate professionals are there to make the process easy and stress-free. We will discuss what your selling objectives are and how we can accomplish them for you. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding how we list and sell your home and go through the steps and give you an idea of what to expect during the selling process. We will discuss some preliminary ideas for pricing, a marketing plan and house preparations to get ready for the listing. We will provide you with a thorough and complete Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for your property so you can understand exactly how we have come up with a proposed list price for your home.
After we have met and discussed our plans for successfully listing your property, and when you have decided you are ready to use our services, we will review in detail our standard Listing Agreement. We will also complete all of the mandatory disclosure forms, review the MLS ("Multiple Listing Service") input sheets and get all the required information needed to fill them out and signed, then take professional photographs of your entire property and measure all the rooms and note any possible repairs or other potential issues or concerns that should be addressed before the listing goes active on the Market.

We will provide you with a detailed Home Showing preparation guide with tips on how to prepare the home for showings.
